Does this resonate?
Do you feel anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed trying to hold it all together in motherhood?
If so, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep feeling this way. Many women struggle silently with the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Therapy offers a compassionate space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll work toward calm, confidence, and connection so you can feel more like yourself again. Schedule an appointment to take the first step towards feeling supported.
Hey, I’m Libby!
I’m glad you are here.
I help women move through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and perinatal grief and loss, offering a safe, compassionate counseling space to feel supported and rediscover themselves in motherhood.
You mental health matters too.
Real motherhood—real support.
As a mother of four, I deeply understand the wide range of emotions that come with parenting, grieving the loss of your “past self,” managing mom guilt, finding balance between work and home life, navigating social media pressures, carrying the mental load, and experiencing the overwhelming love (and exhaustion) that parenthood brings. If you feel anxious, stuck, or simply not yourself, I am here to help you find relief and reconnect with your sense of peace.
I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and birth trauma. I have completed advanced training and a nationally recognized certification through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to become a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C). I am also trained in EMDR therapy, with a specialized focus on the perinatal period and trauma recovery.
Parenting is one of the most challenging, and rewarding, roles we’ll ever take on. My goal as a counselor is to help parents prioritize their mental health and self-care, so they can be fully present for themselves and their families.
From your first session, I provide a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and develop a personalized treatment plan using evidence-based therapies. We’ll work together to build a toolbox of coping skills tailored to your unique needs. When appropriate, I collaborate with OB-GYNs, reproductive psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care—especially if symptoms of depression or anxiety are impacting daily life.
In addition to perinatal counseling, I also provide support for maternal mental health, grief and loss, and parenting challenges. Christian counseling is also available upon request.
Session fees are $185 for a 50-minute counseling appointment. You can learn more about my practice policies and payment options on our FAQ page.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and balance, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
